Keel Camping is located along the shore of the expansive Keel Beach, surrounded by the majestic Minaun Cliffs, Slievemore and Croughan Mountains, plenty of opportunities for walking and swimming.
There are many other beautiful beaches in the vicinity, Keem Bay, world renowned award winning beach location is 10mins drive.
The Greenway now comes into the middle of Achill Island, a fantastic amenity, and there are plenty services for bike rental locally.
Achill is known for its watersports, and there are plenty of options of services for lessons and rentals near the beach and lake.
There is a playground across the road from the campsite, Local shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs are in walking distance.
In summer season there are food and drinks trucks along the beach.
A funfair comes to Keel in the summer months also.
